Object of this Database

EGOLF (European Group of Organisations for Fire Testing, Inspection and Certification), of which AFITI-LICOF is a founder member, has developed a Database for construction products and materials to show to interested and related parts involved, directly or indirectly in the field of Fire Protection, all the information about construction products and materials intended for fire protection that have been tested and have already a classification according to the European Standards.

 

Information of the Database

Currently, this database consist of a list of fire proteciont products that have been tested and classified according to Euroepan Standards. The information included of each products is the follow:

Reference / comecial product name
Product family
Applicant / Manufacturer (address, phone and links included).
Issuing Test Laboratory of the Classification Report (according to the European Standard).
Classification of the product (Test Report and Classification Report are refered).

Its planned that in the later development of this Database the information of the product of the Technical Report and Classification Report could get and display in the database.

Introduction of the information in to the Database

All the information about the products is introduce by the issuing laboratory of the classification report, this laboratory must be a EGOLF member, it must take part in the development of this database, and it must be authorized by EGOLF according to the methodology established bye EGOLF.

As part of this methodology, is established that for the information of a product could be published in the Database the test laboratory must has the permission in writing of the owner of the Classification Report / Technical Report.

The access to the list or fire protection products is open and free to all registers users.
