This regulation was approved by Royal Decree 2267/2004, of 3rd of December on a proposal from the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade, and its compliance is mandatory from 16th of January of 2005. It aims to establish and define the requirements to be met and the conditions to be fulfilled by establishments and industrial installations for it fire safety.
